The 3 Days Queen Elizabeth Safari takes you to the South western part of Uganda with the most popular and diverse conservation area; Queen Elizabeth National Park. The Park enjoys a fabulous setting on the Rift Valley floor surrounded by Lakes, Escarpments and the Snow caped Rwenzori Mountain right in the Tropics alongside variety of habitats including grassland, acacia woodland, forest, wetland and open water.
An en route stop-over at the Equator in Masaka and Igongo Cultural Centre on the outskirts of Mbarara for a peep into Ancient traditions of the people of Western Uganda.
An evening Cultural Dance Experience by the Community to see the energetic dances of the Kikotongo Equator Cultural Performers.
Engage in game drives with Spectacular sun rise as you search for all the wildlife in the Park like Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Waterbucks, Leopards, Uganda Kobs, Warthogs, among others. and an Afternoon Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel alongside a hike to one of the most beautiful Crater Lakes of Rubirizi; the Twin Lakes offering panoramic views of all the other different Lakes and their historic formation.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On your 3 Days Queen Elizabeth Safari, you will be picked up by our company representative then from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe then drive towards the South western part to Uganda’s most popular and diverse conservation area; Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The Park enjoys a fabulous setting on the Rift Valley floor surrounded by Lakes, Escarpments and the Snow caped Rwenzori Mountain right in the Tropics! Not to mention a variety of habitants including grassland, acacia woodland, forest, wetland and open water. The Park sustains a wide range of mammals while its 604 Bird species is quite a remarkable tally for a protected area covering less than 2000square Kilometers.
En-route to the Park we will not forget to have a stop-over at the Equator in Masaka and Igongo Cultural Centre on the outskirts of Mbarara for a peep into Ancient traditions of the people of Western Uganda.
Upon arrival, check into the Lodge, have Lunch. You may relax on your Bed or have a swim at the Lodge as you await for the Evening Cultural Dance Experience by the Community. Get to see the energetic dances of the Kikotongo Equator Cultural Performers before or after your Dinner. Retire early for a well-deserved rest and early morning wake up.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat Cruise.
Along with your packed breakfast, you will go for a long morning game drive at 6.30 a.m. in time to see the Specular sun rise as you search for all the wildlife in the Park like Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Waterbucks, Leopards, Uganda Kobs, Warthogs, among others.
You will return to the Lodge and have Lunch, an Afternoon Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel awaits you. Here, you will see a lot of Hippos more than your expectation as well as a variety of other animals which come to the water hole to drink or bathe. You can expect to see; Crocodiles, Bathing Elephants, and a range of beautiful birds.
This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your Tour. Just do not forget your Camera! After the Boat-safari, you will drive back to the Lodge where you will relax and have your overnight.

Day 3: Morning Hiking/Nature Walk and return to Kampala.
After breakfast, you will hike one of the most beautiful Crater Lakes of Rubirizi; the Twin Lakes. Get to the top for a panoramic view of all the other different Lakes and their historic formation. Depart for Kampala in the afternoon after Lunch at the Lodge.
