Day 1: Arrival in Uganda

Upon your arrival, you will be picked from the airport by our driver guide. Meet and greet, then he will drive you to a nice restaurant in Entebbe for Dinner before you proceed to your accommodation for the overnight. Murchison Falls .You pay for your Dinner!

Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls National park, Visit Rhinoes, lunch Enroute

After breakfast, start your trip to Murchison Falls National Park, along the way in Nakasongola District, you will visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking. You will spend 2 hours trekking rhinos and also have lunch here before continuing with your journey through Masindi up to the park as you view the green flat landscape. Arrive at the park in the evening and use the remaining time to relax at the Lodge.

Day 3: Game Drive & launch Cruise

After breakfast, start an early morning game drive before dawn to catch up with the early risers. This exciting game drive will enable you spot animals like the jackals, hartebeests, oribi, bushbucks, bohor reed bucks, hyenas, giraffes, lions, antelopes, elephants and the Uganda kob among the many. You will rest from the game drive back to the lodge and later on lunch at there. In the afternoon, you go for a Boat ride on the calm Nile.  The boat trip will take you to the bottom of the falls where animals like the buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, elephants and plenty of water birds like the herons, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, kingfishers, skimmers, fish eagles, the rare shoebill and many more species can be viewed from the peaceful sailing boat. The base of the falls is also an awe-inspiring moment. You will also take a hike to the captivating top of the falls before your driver drops you back to your accommodation.

Day4: Drive to Kibale National park, Optional Village walk

After early breakfast, you will set off to Kibale national Park, the home of the famous Chimpanzees. You will drive through Fort portal and have lunch enroute. Driving through the traditional homesteads and farms will enable you enjoy the beautiful scenery across that part of the country. Upon arrival, you could do an optional village walk.

Day 5: Chimp Trekking, Enjoy Bigodi Nature Walk

Have an early breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before heading through the forest to search for chimpanzees. You will come close to chimps and other primates like the red tailed monkeys, colobus monkeys and many more. The trek will enable you to see quite a number of primates, Birds and Butterflies through an arrangement of forest-sheltered trail. After good times with chimps, return to the lodge, have lunch. In the afternoon you will go for the Bigodi Swamp nature walk.

Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary situated in Magombe swamp is an appealing area to visit. The area is known for a wide range of biodiversity including many species of primates such as red colobus monkey, black and white L’Hoest monkey, colobus monkey, grey cheeked, vervet monkey, mangabey, red tailed monkey, blue monkey and baboon. Mammals like Sitatunga, bush pigs, bush bucks, otters, mongooses and chimpanzees also visit the swamp from Kibale National Park. Bigodi Wetland is a paradise for bird watchers. So far, 138 bird species have been identified in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. In the evening, head back to your lodge for relaxation.

Day 6: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National park, Do a Launch cruise on Kazinga Channel

In the morning, drive off to Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will reach in the evening. Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the most excellent treasures of Uganda and named after UK’s Queen Elizabeth II when she visited Uganda in 1954. As you get into the park you will be able to see the escapements of Rwenzori Mountain Crater Lakes, rift valley and spot some animals on the road side. You will have lunch at the Lodge and thereafter, go for an afternoon boat ride on Kazinga Channel which is found in Queen Elizabeth National Park. It’s a 40 km water channel that joins Lakes George and Edward.

Any tourist to this park cannot fail to be impressed by the Channel’s astonishing variety. It’s where many buffalos rest in the water while big herds of elephants and different bird species can be seen enjoying themselves along the channel shores. A majority of visitors who participate in the 2 hour boat cruise along the channel regard it as the highlight of their African safari. There are also concentrations of hippos and birds. In short, this water cruise offers an excellent platform for clear photography, extensive bird-watching and an all-embracing game viewing.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive, Drive Back to Kampala
You will wake up early enough for a very early breakfast, and then set off for a short morning game drive, during which you will have a chance to spot some of the big five animals amongst others like the hippos, elephants, spotted hyenas, lions, leopards, stripped jackals, bushbucks, water bucks and warthogs and many wild animals. Retire from the game drive and get set to start off your journey back to Kampala. You will have a lunch enroute and have a stopover at the equator where you will have the water experience in Masaka town. At this point, there are two cement circles marking the equator line and it is worth stopping if you are traveling to Masaka or Kampala for a photo moment.

Also watch a demonstration by local entrepreneur on how water swirls in opposite directions in the northern & southern hemispheres at the equator line. Another reason that makes the equator a worthwhile stop are the great shopping bargains. The point has got several craft shops and art galleries run by individuals and organizations. These craft stalls sell souvenirs and handmade products while some with marks talking about the Equator. It will not be inconveniencing if you bought a T-shirt with words ‘I crossed the Uganda Equator’. Proceed with your journey, the driver will drop you back either in Entebbe or Kampala at your accommodation or for your flight respectively
